Ingredients

  • 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 jalapeño chile, minced, more or less to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans Genova Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 4 soft rolls or bành mí, sliced in half

Directions

  1. Place radishes, red pepper flakes, lime juice and mint in a small bowl, stirring to combine. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Divide radish mixture over 4 rolls. Top with tuna and serve immediately.
