Hand-blended classic Genova Yellowfin Tuna salad spread over whole milk mozzarella, topped with red onions, green onions and crushed red peppers finished with shaved parmigiano reggiano.


  • 1 (12 ounce) dough ball
  • 1 (3 ounce) can Genova Yellowfin Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 7 ounces whole milk mozzarella
  • 2 ounces mayonnaise
  • pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 1 ounce green onion
  • 1 ounce diced red onion
  • 1/2 ounce shaved parmigiano reggiano
  • salt and black pepper


  1. Blend Genova Tuna with mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and pepper
  2. Stretch one 12-inch pizza
  3. Cover dough with olive oil and mozzarella
  4. Cook at 550 degrees (gas oven) for 7 minutes; can also be cooked in a wood fire oven
  5. Remove from oven and apply Genova Tuna salad blend, crushed red peppers, red and green onions
  6. Finish with freshly shaved parmigiano reggiano
