Meet Gail Simmons

Gail Simmons is a trained culinary expert, cookbook author, and dynamic television personality. She is a permanent judge on BRAVO’s Award-winning series Top Chef. She is also co-host of The Good Dish, as well as Iron Chef Canada. She trained in the kitchens of legendary Le Cirque 2000 and Vong restaurants, and worked as the assistant to Vogue’s esteemed food critic Jeffrey Steingarten, as well as for Chef Daniel Boulud. From 2004 to 2019, Gail was the Special Projects Director at Food & Wine magazine.
